Lustleigh Dartmoor Devon
Lustleigh is an idyllic village on the south-eastern edge of the Dartmoor National Park. Much of the village is thatched and has an aura of ‘time stood still’.
A great base for walkers, there are numerous circular moorland and woodland walks starting in the village.
Lustleigh itself is a bustling community with a village store including a dairy, garage and Post Office.
Lustleigh May Day and Lustleigh Show (August Bank Holiday Monday) are very well attended events and well worth a visit.
The Lustleigh Society website is full of fascinating facts both past and present with useful links onto other sites.
